Wine Tasting Event – Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all bookings made for the wine tasting event hosted at Everest Inn Perth and managed through a custom ticket system provided by Sites by Rohan.

About This Booking System

This system was built by Sites by Rohan, an independent web design company based in the UK. Everest Inn Perth is using this standalone system to handle bookings and payments for this specific event.

It's not part of a third-party ticketing platform or subscription service. It simply allows you to book and pay securely, then receive a confirmation email with your reference.

1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be made in advance online or by phone. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
• Each ticket costs £30 per person and includes wine tasting and tapas service during the event.

2. Event Duration

• This is a one-seating event that will last approximately 2 to 3 hours.
• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may miss part of the experience, and we may not be able to accommodate late seating.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us.
• If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else. Please notify us in advance.

4. Allergies & Dietary Needs

• Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements when booking. We will do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee all requests.

5. Conduct & Safety

• We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to any guest acting inappropriately or under excessive influence of alcohol.
• This is a relaxed event. Please drink responsibly and enjoy the experience respectfully.

6. Photography

• Photos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let a team member know on the day.

7. GDPR & Privacy

We only collect the personal information needed to process your booking: name, email address, ticket quantity, and any optional notes. This data is stored securely and only used to manage this event.

Your details are not shared with third parties and are only used to send your ticket confirmation and essential event-related messages.

You may receive one or two follow-up messages related to this event (e.g. reminders or post-event feedback), you may be added to any mailing list. All data will be archived or securely deleted after the event concludes.

8. Payments & Security

All online payments are handled securely through Stripe. Everest Inn Perth and Sites by Rohan do not store or see your card details at any point.
