Nepalese Street Food Tasting – Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all bookings and pre-registrations made for the Nepalese Street Food Tasting hosted at Everest Inn Perth and managed through a custom booking system provided by Sites by Rohan.

By completing a booking or submitting a pre-registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

About This Booking System

This system was built by Sites by Rohan, an independent web design and development service based in the UK. Everest Inn Perth is using this system specifically for this tasting event.

This is not a third-party ticketing platform. It simply allows you to register interest, reserve, and pay securely for this one-off experience.

1. Booking & Payment

• All confirmed bookings must be made in advance online or by phone.
• Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
• Each ticket costs £25 per person and includes multiple courses of Nepalese street food.
• Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.

1A. Pre-Registration (Future Events)

• Pre-registration allows you to register interest for a future Nepalese Street Food Tasting.
• Pre-registration does not guarantee a place at any event.
• No payment is taken at the pre-registration stage.
• Pre-registered guests will be contacted first when new dates are released.
• A place is confirmed only once full payment has been made.
• Everest Inn Perth reserves the right to limit places and close bookings at any time.

2. Event Format & Timing

• This is a one-seating, hosted tasting experience.
• Food will be served gradually over the session and shared as part of the experience.
• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may miss part of the tasting.

3. Cancellations, Transfers & Refunds

• All tickets are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
• This includes illness, emergencies, travel issues, change of plans, or no-shows.
• If you cannot attend, you may transfer your booking to another person.
• Please notify us at least 24 hours before the event so we can update the guest list.
• No-shows without notice will result in the ticket being forfeited.
• Pre-registrations do not involve payment and are therefore not subject to refunds.

4. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

• Please inform us of allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking or pre-registration.
• We will do our best to accommodate requests, but cannot guarantee all needs can be met.

5. Conduct & Safety

• We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to guests acting inappropriately.
• Please respect staff, other guests, and the shared nature of the experience.

6. Photography & Media

• Photos and videos may be taken during the event for marketing and social media.
• If you prefer not to appear in photos, please inform a team member on the day.

7. Privacy, Data Use & GDPR

We collect only the information necessary to manage your booking or pre-registration. This may include your name, email address, phone number, number of guests, and any optional notes you choose to provide.

Your data is used only for purposes related to this event, including:

• Confirming bookings or pre-registrations
• Contacting you about event details or changes
• Informing you about future Street Food Tasting events
• Requesting optional feedback after the event

Your data is stored securely and is never sold or shared with third parties.

You may request removal of your data at any time by contacting us. Data may be archived or deleted after the event has concluded.

8. Payments & Security

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Everest Inn Perth and Sites by Rohan do not store card details at any time.
